Raptor Security System

Introducing our new Raptor Security System! Not only does it track visitors to our campus, but it will also record everyone’s volunteer hours. The system, purchased by the PTP, also satisfies the conditions of the Jessica Lunsford Act by screening visitors who might be convicted sex offender, in order to prevent them from coming on to our campus. Click here to learn more. All parents who wish to volunteer this year at Imagine Weston must sign up at either one of the following websites:

We are requesting that all parents/guardians, during Meet and Greets or sometime during the first week of school, submit their name, cell number and email addresses directly into a prepared excel spreadsheet which will be available through every classroom teacher in his/her classroom. Volunteers/parents/guardians will type their information directly into the database. Our goal is to be more open and in better communication with all our families.

CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL – Parents, Students, Teachers, Staff!

The school grades are finally out and we are once again, A+ schools!

Not only have we retained our scores, but we have really rocked the test this year since learning gains are now part of it.

  • Imagine Middle School West is #1 in Broward County, and #17 of 797 schools in the State of Florida
  • Imagine Charter School of Weston is #2 in Broward County (after a small charter school of 147 students) and #30 out of 3,514 schools in the State.

Needless to say, we once again, out-performed all the other Weston schools as well. AWESOME!

Summer Reading Assignments

There will be a special meeting of the governing boards on Monday, May 23, 2016 starting at 5:30 PM. All governing board meetings are open to the public.

Check out the Summer Reading Lists for the grade that your child(ren) will be entering in August. It is important that their projects be completed by the first week of school. We have summer assignments for students going into 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th & 8th grades. Click on the link below to view all the summer reading assignments listed by grade on our website. All other grades, please keep reading, reading, reading this summer. We don’t want their hard-earned skills to slide due to a summer slump.

Lost & Found

Don’t forget to place your child’s name in all his/her articles of clothing. The Lost and Found starts collecting “orphan” items from the first day of school. By placing your child’s name on the label of the top or jacket, it makes it easier to find its way back to the proper owner.

Spotlight On Mrs. Romero’s Class

We are thrilled to include an article from “My City Weston” spotlighting a science project in Mrs. Adriana Romero’s 2nd grade class. They were studying the human body and in this article were exploring the heart of a cow.
